Start a Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days from the delivery date (as per courier tracking). Eligibility depends on your order value:

  • Orders below ₹300: Returns only for wrong / damaged / defective items (no change-of-mind returns).
  • Orders of ₹300 and above: Returns allowed for “did not like”, wrong item or damage, subject to conditions (unused, original packing, QC).

On the free Formspree plan, we cannot accept direct file uploads. After you submit this form, our team will reply to your email and ask you to share photos and an unboxing video (where required) as proof.
