Orders & products
1. What kind of products does Luxefashio sell?
Luxefashio specialises in fashion and imitation jewellery – including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets and other accessories. We focus on trendy and elegant pieces at affordable prices.
2. How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your favourite items and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, go to your cart, click on checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method and confirm the order.
Payments
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We support secure online payments through trusted payment gateway partners. Depending on availability, you may be able to pay using UPI, debit / credit cards, net banking and other options shown at checkout.
Your payment details are processed directly by the gateway. Luxefashio does not store your full card or UPI information.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD may be available for selected pincodes and order values. If COD is available for your address, you will see it as an option at checkout. In some cases, a small COD convenience fee may apply. We may disable COD for certain users or orders based on past order history or risk checks.
Shipping & delivery
5. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we currently ship to most pincodes across India through our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, we may contact you for an alternate address or cancel and refund the order.
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- 3–5 business days for metro and major cities
- 4–7 business days for other locations
- Longer for remote or hard-to-reach areas

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking ID and link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). Click the link to see live status on the courier’s tracking page. If you haven’t received tracking details, contact us with your Order ID.
Returns & exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window from the delivery date (as per courier tracking):
- Orders below ₹300: Returns are only accepted for wrong, damaged or defective items (no change-of-mind returns).
- Orders of ₹300 and above: Returns may be accepted if you did not like the product, or if it was wrong or damaged, subject to conditions like unused condition, original packaging and successful quality check (QC).
Certain items like earrings and some hair accessories may not be returnable in change-of-mind cases due to hygiene reasons. For complete rules, check our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. How do I start a return or exchange?
Go to our Start a Return / Exchange page and fill out the form with:
- Your Order Number
- Registered email and phone number
- The reason and details of the issue
- Any links to photos / unboxing video (if already uploaded). Otherwise, we will reply to your email and ask you to share them.
Our team will review your request and typically respond within 24–48 hours.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
- For damaged, defective or wrong items, we usually arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges (after approval).
- For change-of-mind / did not like returns on eligible orders, the return shipping cost is generally paid by the customer.
11. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive the returned item and it passes QC, refunds are typically initiated within 3–7 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds usually go back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be provided via store credit, UPI or bank transfer, as informed during approval.
Products & care
12. Are Luxefashio products real gold or silver?
Luxefashio primarily offers fashion and imitation jewellery, which may be gold-plated, silver-plated or made from other alloys and materials. Unless clearly mentioned on the product page, items are not made of solid gold or silver.
13. How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking good for longer, we recommend:
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions and sweat.
- Store in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or box, away from direct sunlight.
- Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

14. Do I need an account to place an order?
Depending on store settings, you may be able to check out as a guest or create an account. Having an account can make it easier to view past orders and save details for faster checkout.
